The university Campus is located in an area of 600 acres situated about 10 km south of Nanded township along Nanded-Latur-Pune road. The Campus is on a broad oval plateau at 380 m MSL. Physical development of the Campus is now moving ahead at high speed. The main administrative building of the University is ready and operational since June 2001.  Other buildings which have already been completed and occupied are Vice Chancellor’s Residence, Officers’ Quarters, Schools of Life, Social,  Commerce and Management Sciences, Boys Hostel, Girls Hostel, VVIP Guest House and Guest House. Other school buildings will be ready by June 2005. Internal roads of this new campus have been developed and gardening and other infrastructural facilities are under progress. 

A perspective plan for next 20 years for physical development of the campus has been chalked. The plan envisages full potential development of existing Campus Schools and all the facilities planned in the University Development Plan at its inception. These include hostel facilities, residential complexes, sports facilities, social and botano-pharmaceutical forestry and gardens, etc.
